Get hashtag posts out as a spreadsheet
Every run keeps its rows. Download them as CSV — one row per post, with the permalink, the date, the caption, the tags, the counts and the author handle — and open it in whatever you already use.
Planning is free and needs no account. Running the plan — the collection, the written report and the CSV — is what an account is for.
What the report answers
- One row per delivered post, deduplicated across pages
- Permalink, posted date, caption, hashtags, likes, comments, author handle, media type
- A withheld count is empty in the CSV, never a zero — so your averages stay honest
- The file stays available for the retention window on your plan
Who this is for: Anyone who would rather have the data than a dashboard.
How it works
- Describe the job in a sentence. You get back the plan it would run — which tags, how many posts, over what window, and what it assumed.
- Connect the Instagram account you already control. The session stays yours; nothing here holds an Instagram account of its own.
- Run it. You get the written report and the rows as CSV. Re-run the same brief whenever you want the next window.
